Previously, Ryann served as the SVP, Director of Human Resources and Marketing at a community bank, the Chief People Officer for a fast-growing technology company, and the CEO and Owner of The Frontier Project, a boutique consultancy specializing in culture transformation and leadership development for Fortune 500 clients. Over 12 years at CEO, she led the company through rapid growth — earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies list four times and receiving multiple “Best Places to Work” awards before selling the business in 2020.
